Dr. Freeman is a board-certified Physician who specializes in Family Medicine. Passionate about preventative care and empowering patients to take control of their health, Dr. Freeman established his medical practice to build stronger doctor-patient relationships.
Educational Background
Dr. Freeman's academic journey began at Ithaca College, where he pursued his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. Eager to expand his knowledge and contribute more significantly to
the medical field, he attended SUNY Upstate Medical University for Medical School, graduating with honors in 2014. Following his medical education, Dr. Freeman completed his Family Medicine Residency at Albany Medical Center from 2014-2017, acquiring diverse skills in various medical specialties.
Professional Experience and Associations
Dr. Freeman is an active American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) member. He spends a great deal of time keeping up to date on current trends in primary care by attending conferences throughout the year.
Specialties and Interests
Dr. Freeman enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two boys, Christopher and Nathan, during his free time. He enjoys the outdoors and loves a good weekend away at the lake, where he can relax and fish.
